Jingtuo Semiconductor is an ozone system provider. According to the company’s official website, Jingtuo Semiconductor has provided equipment and services for nearly 600 production lines of global photovoltaic cell manufacturers, semiconductor fabs, and LED chips. The products are distributed in Mainland China, Taiwan, India, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, The United States and other markets have become the world's largest supplier of ozone-related equipment in the industrial sector.

On September 16, the business information of Shendi Semiconductor (Shaoxing) Co., Ltd. ("Shendi Semiconductor") was changed, and shareholders including Shenzhen Hubble were added. Founded in 2008, Senodia is the first MEMS chip company in China that designs and produces commercial MEMS gyroscope series inertial sensors.

At the same time, Senodia has also laid a complete sales channel and established a strong technical support team. Hunan Dezhi New Materials Co., Ltd. (“Dezhi New Materials” for short) was established in 2017. It is an enterprise specializing in the research and development, production and sales of silicon carbide nano-mirror coatings and ceramic-based composite materials. On September 13, the industrial and commercial change of Dezhi New Materials, the new shareholder Huawei Hubble, subscribed for a capital contribution of 2,943,900 yuan, with a shareholding ratio of 16.66%.

Dezhi New Materials has domestic advanced technology, equipment and high-level R & D team, the main product application design solar photovoltaic, aerospace, semiconductor, rail transit, chemical, nuclear power and other industries. In 2020, the expansion project of Dezhi New Materials will be completed and put into production, and the silicon carbide-coated graphite disk will be successfully industrialized. This is one of the key products for the semiconductor industry to break through the monopoly of foreign technology.

On November 22, Shanghai Symet Software Technology Co., Ltd. ("Semmet") has undergone a business change, adding Shenzhen Hubble Technology Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) and other shareholders, and the registered capital has increased from approximately RMB 6,576,100 to About 8,220,100.

Semitech was established in October 2017, focusing on providing customers with software/hardware, equipment automation and system integration solutions. Its self-developed products serve the semiconductor, solar, LCD/LED, new energy vehicles, household, chemical and other industries . Especially for the production characteristics of silicon wafers in the semiconductor industry (6 inches/8 inches/12 inches), front-end process, back-end advanced packaging and traditional assembly, it is practical and meets production needs, and can provide fully automated intelligent manufacturing solutions Programs and services.

Insist on investing in key semiconductor technology areas

Since its establishment, Huawei Hubble has invested in more than 30 related companies in the semiconductor field, covering the upstream and downstream industry chains of the semiconductor industry, including semiconductor materials, equipment, chip design, EDA, packaging, and testing. More importantly, in addition to chip design companies in various fields, Huawei is increasingly investing in materials, equipment, EDA software and other underlying technologies, as well as some new semiconductor-related fields, such as silicon carbide and MEMS chips.

In recent years, many mobile phone manufacturers have invested in the semiconductor industry chain, including Xiaomi, OPPO, Lenovo, etc. Among them, Huawei and Xiaomi have invested more. In addition, Xiaomi has less involvement in semiconductor equipment, materials, EDA software and other underlying technologies. However, Huawei pays more attention to the investment layout in this area. Several companies that have recently invested have basically continued this investment direction.

First look at EDA. EDA is an upstream basic tool in the field of integrated circuits. It is applied to various links in the industrial chain such as integrated circuit design, manufacturing, packaging, and testing. It is one of the strategic foundation pillars of the integrated circuit industry.

At present, it is mainly monopolized by foreign companies. In recent years, my country’s chip industry has often been subject to trade restrictions. In order to have more autonomy, the country has tried its best to promote and support the development of all links in the chip industry chain. As one of the weakest links, EDA is required The key areas to conquer.

As can be seen from the above table, Huawei has invested in many EDA software companies, including Akasi Micro, Jiutongfang Microelectronics, Wuxi Feipu Electronics, and Lixin Software, as well as the recent investment in Semitech.

Looking at semiconductor materials and equipment, so far, Huawei has invested in equipment companies such as Zhongke Feike, Quanxin Micro, and Jingtuo Semiconductor, as well as material companies of Xuzhou Bokang and Xinyao Semiconductor. Among them, Xuzhou Bokang has strong strength in photoresist. , And photoresist is also a major technical field that the domestic semiconductor industry needs to conquer.
