The device is suitable for use in automobiles and industrial equipment, with an overall size of 4527 and a maximum operating voltage of 1500 V.
Pennsylvania, MALVERN — October 18, 2021 — A few days ago, Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE stock code: VSH) announced the launch of the industry’s most advanced high-voltage chip resistor divider---CDMM in a standard surface mount molded package . Vishay Techno CDMM resistor divider has an overall size of 4527 and a maximum operating voltage of 1500 V. It can reduce the number of components, improve TC tracking performance and proportional stability, and is suitable for automobiles and industrial equipment.

To
The resistance value of CDMM ranges from 500 kW to 50 MW, the maximum resistance ratio reaches 500:1, and the tolerance is ± 0.5%. This chip resistor divider is sulfur-tolerant, RoHS compliant, halogen-free, temperature coefficient ± 100 ppm/°C (not in the data sheet), and TCR tracking as low as ± 10 ppm/°C. The device complies with the IEC 60664-1 standard, the creepage distance is 12.5 mm, and the rated working voltage is 1250 V.
CDMM series devices are now available for sampling and mass production has been achieved, with a lead time of 12 weeks.
